CONFIDENTIAL BY DEFAULT · EAST BAY · 1–2 SESSIONS / MONTH
Your idea has been waiting long enough.
A selective in-person experience for operators, domain experts, and curious builders ready to turn a promising idea into something tangible.
Over one focused evening, we pressure-test the idea, sharpen the opportunity, and use AI-native tools to build the first version you can actually react to.

A working table for ideas
What should become real first?
A working dinner is not a pitch room. It is a focused table for making the idea honest, specific, and real enough to react to.
Seats at the table
What are you bringing to the table?
Most ideas do not arrive fully formed. That is the point.
Choose the place card that feels closest. It helps shape how we approach the evening.
Table read
Working read
The first useful answer is not certainty. It is a sharper read on what the idea needs next.
Ideas get stronger when they leave your head.
Most people do not need more vague encouragement. They need a trusted partner who can listen closely, challenge constructively, synthesize quickly, and create enough structure for the next move to become obvious.
The evening
One evening. Focused conversation. A working direction.
Dinner, Drinks & Prototype is designed to compress months of ambiguity into one high-energy collaborative session.
Before Dinner
Intake & Read
You share just enough about the idea, opportunity, or problem for thoughtful preparation. No pitch required. Confidentiality comes first.
At the Table
Challenge & Shape
We pressure-test the idea, sharpen the user, challenge assumptions, and identify what actually needs to become real first.
During the Build
Prototype & Experience
Using AI-native tools, we turn the strongest version of the idea into a tangible experience: workflow, app shell, landing page, agent, or demo.
After the Session
Momentum & Next Moves
You leave with a clearer idea, a tangible artifact, and a practical path for what should happen next.
Artifacts
Ideas become believable when they become visible.
A few examples of concepts shaped into tangible product, brand, and experience directions.
Curated proof from the table: the starting point, the shaped direction, and the artifact that made the idea easier to believe.
Select an artifact to see the transformation.
Shared examples are permissioned, anonymized, or internal demonstration work.
Confidentiality
The idea stays yours.
This work depends on trust. Sessions are confidential by default. Client concepts remain client concepts. Public examples are only shared with written permission, anonymized where appropriate, and never used in a way that compromises the relationship.
The role is not to extract ideas. The role is to help make them stronger.
NDA and deeper partnership discussions are available when appropriate.
AI tools may be used to accelerate prototyping, synthesis, and design exploration. When needed, the session can be structured to limit what is entered into third-party tools.
Fit
This is for ideas with energy behind them.
You do not need a perfect plan. You do need curiosity, openness, and willingness to pressure-test the first version of the idea.
Good fit
Not a fit
Session scope
Sessions are scoped by idea maturity and desired outcome.
The right session depends on how formed the idea is, how much preparation is needed, and what kind of artifact would create real momentum. Early validation is lighter and more exploratory. Strategic prototype sessions go deeper and are scoped after intake.
Early Validation Session
A focused exploration session for turning early energy into a clearer direction and first artifact.
Strategic Prototype Session
A deeper session for ideas that need preparation, sharper product thinking, and a more substantial prototype direction.
Current capacity: 1-2 sessions per month.
Fit check
Begin the fit check.
You do not need to fully pitch the idea here. A high-level overview is enough to understand fit, prepare thoughtfully, and decide whether a session would create meaningful momentum.
Share only what you are comfortable sharing at this stage. A high-level overview is enough for fit review. Sensitive details can wait until mutual fit and confidentiality expectations are clear.

Your Starting Point
A few sentences is enough. You do not need to disclose proprietary details or anything you are uncomfortable sharing yet.
High-level is enough
